14 days prior to event date - 90% refund
7 days prior to event date - 80% refund
6 days or less prior to event - 70% refund
In Climate Weather
You have three options to choose from if Mother Nature rains on your parade.
1. Reschedule (based on availablity)
2. Opt for indoor package.
3. Cancel (see cancellation policy)
Setup, takedown & Delivery
We bring everything to you and set it all up for you. We come back next day for same night to take it all down.
This is an additional cost of $150 - $200 varies on location.
DIY - Pick Up
If you are willing and able to DIY, you can pick up all the equipment and drop off next day. This option is free.
Sanitation
We use a ULV fogger paired with commercial grade disinfectant to sanitize all of our equipment after use.
